As explained in our ThermaPure Litigation Report #1, ThermaPure, Inc. has filed patent infringement suits against a number of companies in the restoration industry, including contractors, distributors and equipment manufacturers.  The lawsuits are based on a patent entitled Method of Killing Organisms and Removal of Toxins in Enclosures.  The lawsuits have raised a number of questions in the industry.
