Edward Cross, the son a real estate agent, worked in real estate before attending law school, and became a successful real estate investor after becoming a lawyer. He has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry for nearly 25 years. As an attorney, his work has included litigation of non-disclosure issues, contract compliance, agency issues, encroachments, homeowners association disputes and variety of related topics. This includes successful results at trial, and recovery of punitive damages awards for real estate fraud.
