We also handle franchise licensing, trademark matters, international distribution agreements, export licensing and trade matters, domestic and foreign distributorship agreements. Our employment law practice includes significant experience in the negotiation and litigation of employment matters including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and workplace violence. We are experienced in breach of contract actions, collections, writs of attachment, levies, garnishments, and enforcement of judgments. For our contractor and real estate clients, we have handled numerous actions for specific performance; claims and defenses of misrepresentation; breach of contract; claims and defense of mechanic's liens; disputes over joint venture and partnership agreements, disputes with owners, lenders, contractors, and brokers; and construction defect claims involving commercial, industrial, residential, and public works projects representing parties in direct and subrogation matters including coverage disputes.
